Mr. Hushagen’s practice focuses on business, banking and real estate transactions and employment law. He has extensive experience in assisting both lenders and borrowers in large or complex loans. He helps individuals and businesses form, buy and sell businesses and purchase, develop and sell commercial property. He is knowledgeable about both real property security and personal property security (UCC). Mr. Hushagen advises employers and employees on employment matters involving hiring, firing and compensation.
