Jennifer McIver’s practice is concentrated in real property law with experience in title review, real estate transactions, property disputes, land use permitting, probate and banking and finance. Her transactional real estate practice includes in-depth title review and drafting purchase and sales agreements, leases, easements, covenants and loan documents on behalf of purchases, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, and real estate developers. Jennifer also works with property owners to resolve their easement, boundary line and other property disputes.
