
Joshua Lane joined Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC in 2010, after clerking for Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. He practices in a wide range of civil matters, including real estate and contract disputes, probate and estate disputes, creditors' rights and banking law, insurance law, environmental law and compliance, and employment advising and litigation. Joshua is a 2009 cum laude graduate of Seattle University, where he was a two-time recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and member of the Deans List. He also externed for Justice Mary E. Fairhurst of the Washington State Supreme Court and interned for the Honorable Ronald B. Leighton of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in Tacoma. Prior to law school, Joshua worked as a paralegal, a document clerk, and as a consultant for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
