Clay Selby is a trial attorney with experience in commercial, tort and employment litigation. Mr. Selby represents businesses and individuals on issues ranging from contract and lease disputes to retaliation and wrongful termination. He is also a member of the firm’s Litigation and Employment groups. Prior to joining Eisenhower Carlson, Mr. Selby served as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Pierce County for seven years, during which time he tried more than 50 criminal cases to verdict.
