
Bob Casey’s primary areas of practice are commercial real estate and civil litigation. His real estate practice includes the negotiation of development agreements, purchases and sales, leasing, review and drafting condominium documents, resolving title and development issues, construction, and related litigation in these areas. He also represents banks and other commercial and individual clients in a broad range of civil litigation, including creditor collections, defense of lender liability claims, foreclosure and fraudulent conveyance claims.
