Primary Areas of Practice:
Mr. Peterson's practice focuses on representing businesses and individuals, real estate and transactional
matters, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases (real and
personal) and credit agreements. He also represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial lending matters,
workout arrangements and foreclosure proceedings. Mr. Peterson is knowledgeable in matters concerning the
Uniform Commercial Code, especially sales and secured transactions, and in matters related to corporate
organizations and maintenance.
