Mr. Stirbis’ practice focuses on representation before the Internal Revenue Service, federal income tax planning, and representing businesses and individuals on transactional matters. Specifically, Mr. Stirbis handles all aspects of representation before the Internal Revenue Service to include IRS audits, appeals, collections, excise tax matters, Tax Court litigation, as well as consulting on Private Letter Rulings and procedural matters before the IRS. In addition, he focuses on federal tax planning for both businesses and individuals with an emphasis on entity structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex business transactions.
