Primary Areas of Practice:
Mr. DeLeo's practice is focused on commercial litigation and business matters, ranging from complex employment
and labor matters to simple contract issues. Mike has an extensive real estate and construction practice that
includes all aspects of both public and private construction projects, from the initial bid through completion.
Mike is also routinely appointed to defend contractors in construction defect claims and professionals when claims
are made against them. He represents commercial lenders in all aspects of their business, including loan
documentation, work outs, and all aspect of insolvency proceedings.
