The event, put on in partnership with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties ("NAIOP") will showcase Thurston County commercial and industrial properties, including a panel of local public officials on how each is addressing the challenges and opportunities to create an "Open for Business" environment.

The event keynote speaker and industry expert will address the current status of commercial/industrial development in Thurston County and the South Sound region.  Additional highlights will include a data presentation on market inventory, market adjustment and rates, development updates and industrial activity reports.
