Heather Burgess has joined Eisenhower’s Tacoma office as a member. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Law, Ms. Burgess rose to the rank of Major as a Judge Advocate in the US Army. Following her Army service, Ms. Burgess practiced as an associate with the Olympia office of Perkins Coie LLP, and was Vice President and General Counsel of Todd A. Hansen, Inc. of Olympia. She is a member of Eisenhower's Real Estate and Land Use practice group, representing real estate developers and contractors.

Evan W. Marques has joined the Tacoma office as an associate in the Tacoma office. He graduated summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. Mr. Marques will practice in both transactional and commercial litigation, focusing on corporate formation and governance, real estate transactions, commercial lending, and collection and foreclosure proceedings.

Deidra A. Nguyen is the newest member of Eisenhower's Tacoma office, joining the firm as an associate following two years clerking for Judges Robert J. Bryan and Benjamin H. Settle of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington in Tacoma. Ms. Nguyen graduated summa cum laude from the Seattle University of Washington School of Law in 2006. She practices general commercial litigation.
