Eisenhower member Guy J. Sternal has been named lead counsel for Bradken-Atlas in connection with the October 2007 explosion at its Tacoma foundry that killed a propane truck driver and significantly damaged the plant. Mr. Sternal heads a team including member Clay Selby and several Eisenhower associates and paralegals.
